You'd think I know how to avoid this by now, but I can't fix this! I
formatted some tables and text in a separate document. Now I want to copy
and paste them into my main document. Everything pulls over fine - except
my font drops from 12 pt to 11 pt!! None of the Paste Special options help.
I'm guessing it has something to do with Styles - which I usually don't mess
with; I just do manual formatting. The Style in my Tables document is
Normal, with Times NR at 12 point. The insertion point in my Main document
is Styled Body Text, with TNR 12 pt; it is defined as Normal+Font, with
Normal defined as TNR 11 pt.
Is there any way I can over-ride Word's style conversion when I paste? Or:
what is the best way to deal with this situation so I don't have to reformat
all these tables?
