Nothing listed -- that I can find -- as a work around or source of help... I
have e-mail messages confirming my Office Trial key. ((Small business
version) I did use the Office2007 Beta but it has been uninstalled by the
Add/Remove programs tool. When I eneter the key I get invalid key" error. I
have tried this with Caps Lock key and using Shift to capitalize each letter.
I tried with and without entering dashes. Searched KB's and setup support
page.
This key was issued on December 7th. Is that too long to wait before
starting the trial? If so, will it let me re-do this? If so, I REALLY don't
want to wait through the two long downloads again...
Anyway, any suggestions welcome. It will be several days before I can reach
help at MS, given the holiday.
