FTE metrics within Project Server views

Is it possible to create a view that will show...

Per team -- say mgt level of each outline code "Performer" (or even at
different levels)

Show total # FTEs (where would you define that fixed number per team)?

Show total # projects per team

Show total estimated project hours per team

Show % FTE used for production support activity

Show NET project FTEs (FTE minus prod support FTEs) for project work

Based on NET FTEs, how many work-months, years required to finish all
projects for that team.
