FTP Hyperlink

I have created an FTP Hyperlink from word 2000 and it
won't work from some computers, I'm able to access the
link from the browser, I have loaded all the updates for
office and the Windows 2000.

I have also tried it on a Windows XP machine that has two
profiles, it works on one profile, but not on the other
one...

Any help would be appreciated.
