FTP proxy error

When uploading my website, I get error message: attempting to access an FTP
website thru a firewall/proxy serverand the proxy setting are not set
corectly to gain access. Change FTP proxy settings. Not sure what to do and
would appreciate any advice. I have uploaded revisions to my site many times
over the last couple of years and have never had this issue come up before.

Just guessing here, but it sounds like a security issue. Try resetting your
firewall to a lower setting before attempting to upload and do the reverse
when uploading is complete.

This sort of problem frequently occurs after Microsoft sends an automatic
update.
