How do I change my ftp proxy?

My error message is telling me that my firewall is preventing me from
downloading my webpage to my website.

I'm just guessing, but I believe you need to address this question to the
manufacturer of your firewall software.

Consider downloading and installing the free FTP client FileZilla:
http://filezilla-project.org/ It is likely to be easier for you. Also
peruse this page: http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/documentation/ both for
directions on using FileZilla and perhaps finding an answer about using your
current ftp client.
