The _derived, _themes, & _borders are required if the user has applied Shared borders or a theme
(and do not require the FP SE)

| The folders commencing with the underscore (_overlay, _derived, _private
| etc) are to do with the FP server extensions; if you're using FTP you won't
| be able to use the FP freatures that require them, and you don't need those
| folders. However, some features do work without the FPSE such as shared
| borders so you do need to upload _borders folder, and for themes, (I think)
| you need the _themes folder.
|
| As for images, you can transfer individual files, or folders containing the
| files. It's up to you, but for the sake of simplicity, having images in an
| "images" folder is the best, but images can be stored in any folder within
| your FP web.
|
| However if you plan to use any features that require the server extensions,
| such as the forms to send email then you need to publish by HTTP mode in
| Frontpage.
