Full access permissions for printer settings

Hello friends, I changed from Win98 to XP and now my program from ROLAND DG
(Dr. Engrave) doesn`t work. The manual said, that ... If you are installing
under Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 2000, you need full access permissions for
the printer settings. Lof on to Windows as a member of the "Administrators"
or "Power Users" group.
But it doesn`t say anything about Windows XP.
Dr. Engrave is for flat engraving of nameplates and the like to manage a CNC
machine.

This newsgroup is devoted to Microsoft Access database software. I suspect
