full back up 0utlook 2007

Hi , can someone tell me what i click on and how to back up all my emails
before i uninstall / reinstaall ? Thank y ou! I do have an external drive if
that helps

In Outlook 2007, click on:

Tools | Account Settings...
Select the Data Files tab

Select an item in the list (there may be only one)
Click on the Open Folder... button

You will likely see a file named "Outlook.pst".

Please ask your Outlook questions in an Outlook newsgroup. This group is for a
different program, the database software Microsoft Access.

That said... use File...Data File Management to find the name and folder of
your .pst file. Make a safe copy of that file, it contains all your emails.
There may be two or more files.
