I had around 200 MB free on my system drive today when I ran
officeupdate from the web site. The update session failed and I now
have less than 7MB free on the drive. I don't have many options left
for freeing space on this drive, so what I'd prefer to do is remove
the remnants of the failed attempt and just not do the update for now.
Where does office update store its temporary files? I've emptied all
the usual temp folders and ran the windows installer cleanup utility
to get rid of orphaned installers, but I can't seem to recover the
drive space.
