Full install of Office 2000

Jeff Capan

What is the proper procedure for fully installing Office
2000 for Windows 2000. I travel a lot and don't carry my
Office 2000 install CD's. On occasssion I get prompted to
insert my Office 2000 install cd so it can load a missing
module. How can I prevent this from happening.

Thanks

Hi Jeff,

You can copy the CD to your hard drive and then
install from that location. The MS Installer that
Office uses expects to always have access to the
original installation source.
