Full Name field posts first name and last name in wrong fields

When entering a new contact, I type the first and last names into the Full
Name field and it posts them in the opposite fields. e.g. I enter John Smith
in the Full Name field and when I click on the Full Name button to open the
Check Full Name window, it displays First: Smith and Last: John. If I
correct it, the display in the Full Name field changes to "Smith John".

Seems you ought to examine the format you specified for the Full Name field
and tell us what it is.
