Outlook 2003: Whenever I add a suffix (other than the drop down, Jr., II,
III, etc.) the contact record's "Full Name" display is out of order. Rather
than showing "John Smith, SIOR, CCIM" (or any other professional
designation), it reverses the order, so the display reads "Smith, John, SIOR,
CCIM" although my full name order is set to "FirstName, LastName, etc). All
other records in the folder remain unchanged. If I open the full name display
on the affected record, it has repositioned the new suffix in the first name
field, and lumped the first, middle and last names all in the last name
field. Tried changing the form and creating a value for the field; still
doesn't display correctly. Any ideas? This is very annoying, and the only
fix is to enter names in correctly, which obviously won't work for any other
functionality.
