Full page graphic begind auto flowed text with text margins

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Power PC

I want to place a full page jpeg (letterhead, nonbleed graphic) behind text which I want to control the margins. Example 8.5 x 11 image on ALL pages, then flow 50 pages of text into doc that has margins or a text box that is about 7 x 7 inches. Can't seem to do this easily.

Insert the image into the Header & set your document margins to whatever you
wish. I'm not sure what you mean by "flow 50 pages of text", but objects
(including Text Boxes) do not control margin settings in a Word document.
