Full Screen message box--how to delete?

When I go to Full Screen a message box appears - not in the corner out of the
way - no, no - that would be logical. Its smack in the middle of the page.
What moron designs stuff like this? EVERY time I have to move this thing out of
the way. its so retarded. Is there a way to banish this thing forever? Is
there 1 in a 100 people that want this thing in the middle of the page when they
have just elected to go to Full Screen which would automatically mean they don't
want clutter and crap on the screen?
