WinXP Pro/OneNote SP1
When OneNote is maximized, the hidden Task Bar at the bottom of the screen
is inaccessible. This happens frequently but under conditions I cannot
figure out. To restore normal behaviour I minimize OneNote, then maximize
again and the Taskbar becomes available, when needed.
Anybody noticed as well? What's the remedy?

I tried a few things and could not replicate your problem
on my machine (XPSP2Final, ONSP1).

Does it only happen with OneNote? Does it ever happen
with any other application?

I have had this problem periodically in the past on other
machines, and I've found that turning off the Hidden Task
Bar, then turning it back on again fixes the problem for
a long time.

Also make sure that your task bar is set to "Always on top"
