Full Task Names in Rports Such as To-Do Lists

We have found that as we use the To-Do List report there are many tasks in
our plan which have the same task name but are under different parent tasks.
It can be very confusing if you are trying to tell which ID to use from a
printed report. Is there a way to create a custom To-Do List, Who Does What
List. or Task List report which will display the full task name including
all its parent tasks?

As an example:
Currently in a To-Do List Report I have:
ID Task Name
99 Review Document
123 Review Document

but would like it to be displayed something like:
ID Task Name
99 System Design/Review Document
123 High Level Design/Technical Spec/Review Document

This would provide a "unique" task name on the printed reports.

A very simple solution; I always make sure task names are unique. So instead
of "Review Document" I use "Review Technical Spec Document".

Unfortunately the project plan is coming from our corporate headquarters and
our efforts to convince them to do what you've suggested has fallen on deaf
ears. Hence my desire to find a technical solution within Project.
