Full Version Vs. Upgrade

I am questioning the difference between the full version
of Office SBE 2003 versus the Upgrade. Any thoughts,
suggestions?

Upgreade requires you show it the "qualifying" product,
either installed or the CD. Which you must keep in case you
ever have to redo the upgrade.

Full version doesn't require the old version CD. It stands
alone & will install alone.
If you upgrade, do NOT get rid of your old version - you
will need it sooner or later to reinstall the upgrade
again.
