Full View for start-up page

I have a switchboard form open automatically when I open
my database. I have attached a customized menu bar to the
form. What I would like to do is have the switchboard form
open in a full screen with the menu bar attached. I would
also like the database window left in the background
should I want to close the switchboard and return to
editing the database. I am having trouble trying to create
the full screen. Can someone give me some advice as to
what the form properties should be?

Use the Maximize method/action in the Load event of the form.
For a custom menu bar, just set the property of the "Other" tab of the
form's Properties (View menu).
