Fullscreen (not maximised screen)

How do I open a file full screen by only double clicking on it's shortcut? I
tried a macro but I can't get it to function automatically when I open the
file. I need the macro to start by when the file opens.

I would recommend starting by reviewing the VBA help topics on Auto Macros -
especially the part on AutoOpen macros.
