I talked to a Sheetal from Microsoft regarding Case # SRX060816603178. It
was on how to make a form fully trusted using the following certificate "Code
Signing Certificate for VBA applications." My coworkers and I were under the
impression that since we applied this certificate, we did NOT have to install
the form on every machine. In the meantime, people are getting the "form is
associated with a URN-based form template, which cannot be found on your
computer...." It is not the people filling out the form getting this error,
but the people who need to approve this form. They have not filled out the
form yet to have it in their cache, so when they click on an xml link to the
form in the email they receive, they get this error. How do I get this form
to work for people trying to access an existing form off of a sharepoint form
library, who has never opened the form template before?
