Function descriptions

I have created a few functions in an excel.xla file.
They work.
As an added touch I would like to add some descriptive text so that when
they use the function wizard there is addtional help/description of what the
function returns and for each input variable what it is expecting.

Is this possible (the MS provided functions do it)?

For a description of the function: right click in the object brower.
For the variables: don't know, but I would like to know.
