Function help

I'm trying to create a spreadsheet, whereas values from
column 1 are being used to calculate multiplied by column
2, showing the results in column 3. I also need to show
such values from column 3 in another column (4) as hard
data. However, if the value in column 3 equals 0.00, I
want the value to be blank in column 4. Can anyone help
with an appropriate function to use? I consider myself to
be an intermediate Excel user, but, this one is absolutely
baffling me????

Hope I understand the problem:
In C1 use =A1*B1, copy this formula down the column
In D1 =IF(C1=0," ",C1)
