We have an access applicaton that utilizes function keys to allow a user to
quickly move back and forth between screens and to pop up particular
"search" windows at the press of the appropriate function key.
I recently upgraded one of our users from Win98 to Xp Pro. Now when he runs
the Access application in question, and presses a function key to open a
search window, the first time in the app, it works fine - i.e. the search
window opens up and he can enter in the customer name or cust# he is looking
for.
However, the next time he uses the function key - to locate a different
record, the search window does not appear. Instead, it simply places him
back at the record he first searched for...
I cannot figure out why this is happening. It must be something in his
access configuration (tools/options area???)
Can someone help??
Thanks,
Brad
