Function that looks to a table and fills in a sequential blank cell in another table

Hi, I am looking for a function that will allow me to store data in a table where if the value of a cell in the table meets specific criteria, it will spit data from a corresponding column to a new blank table, and into the next free cell in the column. Any ideas? Thanks.

I would suggest the VLOOKUP function.
