Functional Band Behavior

I've created a cross-functional flowchart template using four horizontal
functional band shapes. Upon insertion, no behavioral settings or otherwise
are changed; all defaults are accepted. If I resize a shape in this
template, the others react to the new size and reposition automatically.
However, when someone else accesses this template on another computer, the
resize is ignored and the other bands remain in their original position.
What do I need to modify in order to make the other shapes aware of the
change in size?
