If you do resize your current publication and loose that added 'functionality', rather than create a new publication and copy and paste your content over as suggested, instead create a new publication based on your original template, insert the pre-designed template pages that are available such as the forms, FAQ, Products, etc, and then copy and paste those into your original publication.
