this is just a simple sample of what table design based on
your sample

first i would create a table that will host the info of
fund drive...like...the event...date started..ended..
target contibutors...target amount...

the second table will be compose of contributors
name,probably contact info..address or phone..
type of donation...amount donated

based on this basic structure, you can generate report
who's the contributors...how much (target and total amount
donated), type of donations (cash or cheques) and how many
responded to the fund raising drive..

I'm currently trying to build a database for the public
radio station I work at for our first membership drive.
I've found a pretty good template online, but I need a
little more from it. The donations template is great, but
I need to add other things to it. In the contributors
section I need to show a target number for memberships and
how far we are from it at any given time. The template
only shows credit card payments, but I need to also
include check or cash as well. I also need to generate a
mailing list from the program. If it could be set up so
that I could print envelopes that would be great too.
There are several other things I need, but this is a good
start.
