Funtion similar to "RoundUp" in Excel to use in an Access

I am trying to round up a decimal to the 2nd decimal place. Example 7.541
rounded to 7.55. Currently the round funtion rounds up and down. In Excel
there is RoundUp and Ceiling. I am looking for something similar to use in
Access.
