Furigana in Word 2007

G'day,
I've recently upgraded to Office 2007 and doing a lot of work in Japanese,
have been using the standard Microsoft IME to enter my text. However, in
contrast to previous versions of Office, I cannot figure out how to enter
furigana (kana above kanji) in this latest version.
