Futura Medium Printing Problem

I am trying to print Futura Medium, a TT font, and I can
not get the lower case "i" to print. Needless to say, my
documents look like my relative's phone book in Krakow.

I've reset all my printer settings, downloaded and
installed new drivers for it -- and have searched through
the Word/Office site for any support; should've known
better.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to get this one
letter to print? "i" really appreciate it!

That's a tough one. Is it showing up in Print Preview? If it is OK in Print
Preview, I'd suspect the printer driver: try deleting the printer and
reinstalling - checking to see if there is an updated driver first.
Otherwise my guess would be that the font may be damaged. Try uninstalling
the font and then use the add new font option to install it again.
