Future appointment reminders keep popping up

Using Outlook 2007.
I have appointments that are 3 and 4 months in the future that have
reminders set up to be sent out 5 minutes before their start.
But I am getting the reminders now...I say snooze to all but it shows up 5
minutes later again...

HELP

Things like this usually mean the reminder is corrupt. If opening outlook
with the cleanreminders switch doesn't help, you'll need to either remove
the reminder and add it back later or make a new appointment and delete the
old one.

Hi Diane, thanks for your reply.

My own fix clearly won't help anyone else with this problem, but it turned
out that my system clock was way off.

Would that all issue bore such a simple solution!
