I've followed the recomendation below to producing the traffic lights on taks
and it works perfectly (I've created another milestone view as I only wanted
milestone reporting).
However, the only problem that I have is that I don't want future taks to
say that they are green (on time) just because they have not been updated. I
would like them to reflect the fact that they are late if the planned date
has arrived but they have not been updated in the project plan.
Any suggestions?
Hi Peter,
See the following FAQ:

If you have follow up questions, please post to the project server newsgroup
(microsoft.public.project.server) as this newsgroup is focused on the desktop
version of MS Project and the server newsgroup is focused on Project Server
and PWA.
I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
