Fw or FWD

When I receive forwarded emails they are designated with either FW, FWD,
FW:fwd, or FWD:fw.

While I've never given it much thought before I have noticed that when I
open emails with the a FW:fwd prefix I see only a blank page. What gives?

What do the two prefixes mean? I always thought they were interchangeable.

I believe it depends on the email program being used. In this case, we
support the OneNote program in this newsgroup, not emailing programs. You
may want to look for a specific newsgroup with Outlook or Outlook Express
(or whatever you're using) in the name.
