FYI: Current Microsoft Critical Upgrade email

I just received an email from "MS Security Assistance"
(e-mail address removed) stating:

Microsoft Customer

this is the latest version of security update, the "September 2003,
Cumulative Patch" update which resolves all known security
vulnerabilities affecting MS Internet Explorer, MS Outlook a
and MS Outlook Express. Install now to protect your computer
from these vulnerabilities, the most serious of which could allow
an attacker to run executable on your computer. This update
includes the functionality of all previously released patches.

The email has an attachment called update.exe which when scanned
contains the virus Worm.Automat.AHB
