GAL view columns

Is there any way to change which columns are shown in outlook 2003
Address List (GAL) ?

the default gives Name, Bus Phone, Office, Title, Company, Alias, Email
Type, Email address..

What I'd like it to show is:

First name, Last Name, Bus Phone, Mobile, Dept, Title, email address..

I'd then like to make that default for users PCs..
Obviously the fields are there via LDAP, but I can't seem to customise
the Address Book views or anything..

thanks for taking the time to respond.. Do you know if theres some
specific reason for this ?

If I can't change that, do you know if theres a decent web-based set of
scripts that can allow users to view the address book via a www page ?
