Galleries obscure screen

When I'm formatting an object and i extend a function window - let's say
WordArt Styles, I can't see behind the extended window to see the result or
the live preview. Is there a way to move these windows. It's very annoying
and sometimes impossible to work with. Thank you.

It *is* annoying, but no, there's no way to change this.

A few of the galleries have three dots in the lower right corner. You can
drag those to resize -- that might help in some (very few) cases.

Thanks very much. Hope they're considering changing that. I know a fair
amount of users who are getting royally irritated with that.
