Gantt Chart-- 24/7 using date & time

Can I make Gantt chart to calculate duration based on start date & TIME
(events occur 24/7). Ex: Task 1... Start: 4/3/09 8:00am Finish: 4/4/09
10:00am duration should= 26h. Task 2... Start: 4/3/09 1:00pm Finish 4/3/09
2:00pm duration= 1h (bars need to begin at start time/date)
