Gantt Chart Actuals

I cannot determine how to update the fields relating to
actual start, actual duration and actual finish. When I
enter data, the actual duration does not update, and where
are the results of these fields displayed?

Are these non-functional in Vision 2002 Standard edition?

As you suspected, these fields are largely non-functional in all versions of
Visio. You can add columns to the chart to display these fields, but the
values really don't have any impact on the chart itself. They are there
mainly for importing/exporting data to Project.
