Gantt Chart Display

I have my Bottom Tier set to hours. In my Gantt Chart I only want to display
my working time which is from 7:00 to 4:00. I have not been able to locate
were I can edit this function. Right now my chart shows a full 24hrs in the
Bottom Tier. I have tried adjusting the count, but in doing so loose all
details that I am trying to show creating this schedule. Is there something I
can do? How can I acheive what I am trying to do?
