Gantt Chart Wizard Formatting

The Gantt Chart Wizard does not provide an option to put
text on top of the gantt bar but it does provide an option to
put text inside of the gantt bar.

Text inside the gantt bar is virtually unreadable and without the option
to put the text on top of the gantt bar, it needs to be done manually.

Yuck !!!

Is there a way to do this programmatically?

The wizard is a quick way to format, but it does not cover everything. Try
Format/Bar Styles../Text tab - it's all there for you :)
