Hello,
Is there any way to add more task inforamtion such as
Number 1-5 so that we are able to display it in the Gantt
View bar?

Click on the header above any column (such as "Task Name") and press the
Insert key. This will display a list of columns you can choose to display.

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Format/Bar Styles.../select the bar type and dick on the Text tab. You
have 5 options to position the text but no more, and only one field in each
place.

To add to this, there is a work around for the limit on how many fields can
be used to show text. You can use a formula in a text field to concatenate
the text you want to show. By using a formula like [Name] & " " & [Text1]
in the Text2 field and then assigning that text field to the bar you can
display the name and the value of text1 on the bar. You are only limited by
your ability to construct a formula.
