gantt chart

I am installing ms-project and I am going to use it for
the first time.

I would like to create a gantt chart similar to

Can somebody help me give the steps to draw this?

I didn't look at the link, but you may want to look at Tushar Mehta's Gantt
workbook at:
http://www.tushar-mehta.com/
Look for "Gantt (Project) chart" in the left hand frame.
