Gantt charts on Excel Spreadsheet

Hi,

I have a simple sheet containing employee names with
Vacation start and end dates for each employee. To the
right I have columns representing months. How can I
generate a Gantt chart showing each employees vacation
start and end date as a bar from the data inVacation
start and end dates?
