gathering info in forms and then creating word documents dynamically

Hi all,
I need to write an application that will display
existing Proposals records from a database in the first
form - Proposals. Then user can pick one of the existing
records and edit it using second form - EditProposal.
User will also have an option to delete an existing
record in the Proposals form. There will also be an
option to create a new Proposal. The Proposal information
gathered in the application will be saved in a database.
The application will have an option to create a Word
Document from the saved Proposal information using a Word
Template. Is this possible to achieve using Office
applicatons such as Infopath or I have to use ASP.Net?
