gbui Error - cannot open Project

Running MSProject 2003 w/ Office 2003 SP1 on WinXP SP1,
and all latest updates.

When I try to open Project, I get an error which begins:

"The command is trying to use a web page from
gbui://mainpage.htm/. You have not identified this site
as a trusted site in Ineternet Explorer."

Has anyone else received this and fixed it? What was the
resolution? Nothing on MS Support as of Aug 3 16:00 GMT.

I wrestled with this problem for a while and then gave up on it. I a
the CEO of a software engineering firm, and I also had my programmer
CTO, and IT engineer attempt to help me with it.

I thought it was some error being caused by my computer because I had
critical OS failure and had to completely reformat it.

THE GOOD NEWS, is I just figured out how to fix it and if you want t
email me at (e-mail address removed) I will email you the fix.
