Hi,
I am generating metafiles and these are supposed to be edited inside
Microsoft Word. I would like to have components in the graphics grouped
together. For this I am using GdiComment with GDICOMMENT_BEGINGROUP
and GDICOMMENT_ENDGROUP.But I am not getting the expected behaviour.
The grouping still appears to be random. Also with grouping comments,
the emf file size and the no: of records increases and this results in
Word having difficluty to go the edit mode once I import the picture
and the editing gets painfully slow.
So now I have three questions,
1.Is Word interpreting the gdicomment at all?
2.Is there a limit on the number of records inside a metafile that Word
can handle ?
3.What is a better way to get grouping of components, other than using
GdiComment?
Thanks in Advance,
