GDIPLUS.DLL Errors on Startup

I finally was able to load Visio 2002 Professional (After
4 attempts and many phonecalls) and the Service pack and
finally got the program to run. However, I just upgraded
my Internet Security software to Norton 2004, and now I
can't get Visio 2002 to work. The error I'm getting is:
"VISIO caused an invalid page fault in
module GDIPLUS.DLL at 0177:00455af9." and I'm told to
contact the vendor who tells me to install the service
pack that is already installed.

Has anyone run into this and possibly know how to fix
this...besides getting rid of the security software? I'm
at my wits end and school work to turn in. Any help would
be appreciated.
