Gen. protection fault USER.EXE when closing Excel 2000 sm bus

I have removed all my .emf files from the windows/temp
file. I still have one is a program file. Now when I
close Excel 2000, small business I get an Error Message:
General Protection Fault USER.EXE? What am I doing wrong.
Tried to update to SR - 1a, but when the DL asks for the
disk, I notice it asked for office 2000 pro, we have
office 2000 small business.
