General Capabilities Question

Here's what I have:

Infopath 2003 on only the dev machine - clients all have Office XP with no
Infopath.
IIS on a Win2003 server with our Intranet site.
Visual Studio 2003 .NET
Database using SQL 2000 on another server

Here's what I want to do:

Create web forms to publish as pages on my intranet site that will do
inserts/updates to the SQL database without requiring any client software,
except maybe an auto-install script for IE.

Is that possible with the tools I have, and if so, what is the best way to
go about learning how to do this?

So you're saying that it's not possible to do what I want to with the tools
that I have? That it will require third-party software?

Thanks for the links Kalyan, that's a nice name. I have found them to be
very useful as I'm new to Info Path and have to start teaching it this
spring...thanks again.

Yes It will work if all clients have Infopath
Also You should use SQL Connection as primary data connection or else you
have to use Webservice.
